Description:
Nursing and rehabilitation of all ages, specifically elderly. Nestled in the residential community of Falmouth/Foreside on Rt. 88. Skilled nursing care provided as well as long term care. We have the capacity of 65 beds and have rooms which are private and semi-private divided into 4 wings, including a skilled specialty wing
Facility is within close proximity to Casco Bay with a beautiful view of water. Water is not accessible from facility.

History:
FBS has been apart of the Falmouth community for over 25 years and is active in the Rotary and Chamber of Commerce for the Greater Portland area. Staff volunteer time to community events which have included the Winterfest, and Polar dip for MS.
