Provide training and information for citizens of the area in preparation for man made or natural disasters to protect themselves, their families and neighbors.

Description:
Volunteers will be trained in basic survival and emergency preparedness so they and their neighbors can be self-sustaining for at least 4-hours during a man made or natural disaster. Volunteers will also, then, be available for the community emergency response personnel as back-up or additional manpower.
