The mission of Freedom Resource Center for Independent Living is to work toward equality and inclusion for people with disabilities through programs of empowerment, community education, and systems change. We envision a society where ALL individuals are valued, respected, have an equal opportunity, access, responsibility, and freedom of choice in all facets of life.

Description:
Freedom Resource Center proudly serves people of all ages with all types of disabilities. We are an Advocacy based organization. We are built around the concept of assisting people with disabilities to meet their own needs as individuals. We also assist people with disabilities to help end disability segregation and discrimination in both public and private sectors.

History:
Freedom Resource Center is a non-profit organization that started in 1989. We now have three offices in: Fargo, Fergus Falls, and Jamestown.
