The mission of the Clay County Attorney's Office is to promote justice, public safety and effective government by prosecuting crime, protecting those in need, and representing Clay County. The Crime Victim Services Program within the Clay County Attorney's Office is responsible for assisting victims of crime that are being prosecuted by the Clay County Attorney's Office.
