St. Luke's Home provides quality long term care for the elderly or those infirmed. We are an 84 bed facility that meets the needs of the residents, Physically, Mentally and Spiritually 24 hours per day.Our residents enjoy the activities that are provided to enhance the Quality of their Life. We discharge many of our residents back home after an acute illness. Park Avenue Villa is a 38 Unit, Independent Living Facility. It meets the needs of the Independent Senior to live their life to the fullest, and still make their own choices.

History:
St. Luke's Home was established in 1953, we are sponsored by 15 Lutheran Churches in southwest N.D. Park Avenue Villa was established in 1998, to meet the needs of the Independent elderly who were seeking comfortable housing where they may find new friends.
