Waterford is an active senior living community that provides oppotunities for assisted living, independent living and personalized assistance for residents with cognitive losses. We provide 24 hour staffing with a security system that helps residents feel safe. Services include housekeeping, meals, weekly rides to grocery stores and medical appointments, A Life Enrichment Program that offers experiences in exercises, spiritual opportunities, volunteer opportunities, lifelong learning and celebrations, regular outings and much more.

History:
Touchmark celebrated it's 25th year of providing excellent care to senior citizens in 2005. Werner Nistler, the founder of Touchmark is originally from Beach, N.D. and is very committed to offering older adults a safe, active, and comfortable community to call home. Waterford at Harwood Groves was built in 1998. We are in the process of building a new addition which will provide 60 independent apartments and a Health and Fitness Center with a swimming pool.
