Elim Care's mission is to glorify God by serving individuals and communities with a major focus on comprehensive ministries for the elderly and a commitment to compassion, excellence, and innovation as we demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ.
Description:
The Pioneer House is an assisted living facility. We offer a variety of care, including meals, activities, transportation, assistance with medications, bathing and dressing. We also provide physical health opportunities, as well as spiritual growth through chapel and bible studies. We offer a daily exercise program, shopping and lunch outings, weekly bingo, special music and many other fun options for our residents. We uphold the Eden Alternative program, which welcomes plants, animals, children and resident empowerment, which we obtain by having resident led activities and staff and resident teams. These teams meet on a monthly basis and make decisions regarding various aspects of Pioneer House. We are dedicated to caring for our residents and giving them the best quality of life we can possibly give. Both staff and residents alike consider Pioneer House home. We truly are one big family around here and welcome those that not only enjoy the elderly, but enjoy a comfortable, family environment.
History:
The Pioneer House was built six years ago, as an addition to the Elim Care Center Campus, which is a skilled facility. The chapel connects both facilities and is shared by both Elim and Pioneer House residents.
