Blood Systems exists to make a difference in people's lives. As a non-profit health care service, we provide a safe and adequate supply of blood components and related services to individuals, health care organizations and communities. Dedicated to serving the public interest, we achieve our mission by fulfilling medical, ethical, regulatory and professional standards in the field of blood services, transfusion medicine, and research.

Blood collected at our center, and through established community blood drives, comes exclusively from volunteer donors who do not receive payment of any kind. We depend on a responsible, caring community to help us provide area hospitals with blood and blood components. In the Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead communities, we accept donations at 1 location: 3231 South 11th St., Fargo

United Blood Services is an operating division of Blood Systems, Inc. that manages and operates regional blood centers in more than a dozen states. Our community blood center provides a full range of blood banking services to more than 73 hospitals in the region.
