"To honor the courage and sacrifices of World War II Veterans by providing them a complimentary trip to the WWII Memorial in Washington, D.C."

Description:
Honor Flight is our way of paying a small tribute to those that gave so much; by providing a memorable, safe, and rewarding FLIGHT with HONOR. We are a proud affiliate of Honor Flight Network TM.
Northern Valley Honor Flight was created solely to honor World War II Veterans for all their sacrifices. Our goal is to fly our heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorial.

History:
Honor Flight was initially conceived in 2004 by Earl Morse, a physician assistant and retired Air Force Captain, as a way to honor veterans he provided care to over the past 27 years. The sole purpose was to fly veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the memorial dedicated to honor their sacrifices.

Locally, Northern Valley Honor Flight was started in April 2008. The inaugural trip for Northern Valley Honor Flight is planned for fall 2008.
