Nick of Time’s mission is to provide federal, state, and local government the necessary tools to meet homeland security, natural and technological preparedness initiatives. Our company is based in the upper Midwest and understands how to effectively utilize federal funding opportunities and requirements to build a professional coordinated team of local individuals capable of responding to any incident.

Nick of Time is committed to a comprehensive emergency management and Weapons of Mass Destruction based response program. We bring all of the elements together to help business and government to develop a total emergency management strategic capability.

The staff of Nick of Time represents a mixture of disciplines, experiences, and qualifications. Our personnel have worked in local, state, and federal emergency management offices, communications, law, fire, EMS, health care, education, and private industry.

History:
Nick of Time was incorprated in 2003 in response to state and local needs for a contactor dealing with homeland security and safety issues. The company is located in Bismarck North Dakota and serves the upper midwest. We have been involved with school disaster planning, anti-terrorism planning, public health planning include pandemic response, and agricultural disaster response.
