Description:
We are a assisted living facility that provides 24 hours care for our residents. Some services that we offer are assistance with activities of daily living, respite care, medication set-up, RN consultation, meals, laundry services, activities including crafts and games, memory and enhanced care. Some features that we have are; family atmosphere, security system, fireplace, sun room,jacuzzi tub, beauty shop, chapel, and companion radio. One building is assisted living and one is memory care. We also just opened up a new Adult Day Center which is available for residents in the community to come for during day hours.

History:
4 Seasons assisted living opened in the year 2004. The first building was strictly assisted living. After the assisted living facilty was up and running 4 Seasons felt a need to expand and decided to build another house strictly for memory care. The memory care unit was complete and open in the year 2005. 4 Seasons still see's a need for expansion. In May of 2007 the Adult Day Center opened and they aren't going to stop there. 4 Seasons has plans to build more assisted living units in the near future.
