Description:
Evergreen is part of a family of assisted living facility in the United States. First and second floor are licensed for basic care. Our resident's average age ranges from 65 years and up. We have a full activity program. It contains several interesting and rewarding chances for any interested volunteer. Our favorite activity is getting on the road with the Evergreen bus and visiting the surrounding areas.

History:
Our facility began operating in September of 1990. Our facility is licensed for basic care and assisted living. It is a 79 bed facility with 3 floors. It provides services to the surrounding areas of New England, Hebron, Halliday, Beach, Medora and Belfield.
